Analyzer tool provides automated analysis and informational outputs. The Service does not provide legal advice, attorney-client relationships, or guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or outcomes. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including verifying information and seeking qualified professional advice when appropriate.
Use of Analysis Results. Analysis outputs are informational only and are not legal advice. You remain responsible for how you rely on, share, or act on any results.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content and Saved Analyses
You may submit text or documents to the Service for processing (“Input”) and may choose to save certain outputs such as analysis text to your account (“Saved Content”).
- By default, we aim to minimize retention of Inputs and generated outputs except as needed to operate the Service.
- If you choose to archive analysis results, we store the Saved Content so you can access it later.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions to submit Inputs and that your use complies with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
- attempting to access or disrupt the Service or other users’ data;
- uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code or models where prohibited;
- using the Service to provide regulated legal services without authorization.
6. Subscriptions, One-Time Purchases, and Billing
The Service may offer subscriptions (monthly/annual) and one-time packages. Payments and invoicing may be processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method according to the selected plan.
Refunds, cancellations, and renewals are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
